- DO NOT FORGET TO REGISTER FOR THE SWAMP MONSTER!!!!! Saturday, July 24th we are hosting the Swamp Monster. This is a three WOD challenge that will test your mettle as a CrossFit athlete. Registration includes a unique t-shirt. This event is open to all CrossFitters and is filling up much quicker than we thought.
There is limited space. This is a great chance to compete with members of other boxes and a chance to establish a benchmark for yourself.
